Refund policy

Unfortunately, due to all of our products being being bespoke made to order, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been paid for. We are able to offer a 5 day cooling off period however materials are bought and paid for by ourselves when the order enters our systems.

Orders can be altered for up to 14 days after placing the order by emailing us at orders@andrewcrossland.com
