Sinks, Taps & Hardware

Sinks, Taps & Hardware are returnable for up to 14 days as long as the goods are unused in their original packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping cost and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee at our discretion.

Bespoke Furniture

Unfortunately, due to all of our furniture products being being bespoke made to order, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been paid for. We are able to offer a 5 day cooling off period however materials are bought and paid for by ourselves when the order enters our systems.
